Papargyriou Rose

Based on the Greek varieties Agiorgitiko and Mavrodafne, with a beautiful pink color and complex aromatic profile (strawberry, rose petals, cherry come to mind). It is best drunk with traditional Greek dishes, such as Moussaka or Gemista; in the summer a perfect choice for accompanying grilled meat at 11-13°C.
