Papargyriou Blanc
|
Papargyriou Blanc is the most popular wine from Papargyriou Estate, a blend of Moschoudi and Assyrtiko. Moschoudi, a small-berried variety of Moschato Rio Patras, is combined here with the robust Assyrtiko, both cultivated in our mountainous vineyard in Sofiana, Corinthia, at an altitude of 850 meters. This unique blend results in a wine that stands out for its rich aroma, both on the nose and the palate, accompanied by a delightful finish. Papargyriou Blanc pairs beautifully with fruits, salads, white meats, fish, and shellfish, served chilled at 9-11°C.

Cuvee Helene Goustolidi
|
Goustolidi is a 100% Goustolidi wine, cultivated at an altitude of 750 meters in Sofiana, Corinthia. This wine is full-bodied and creamy, showcasing aromas of white-fleshed fruits, minerals, and brioche, all while displaying elegance and balance. It is aged in French oak barrels for 4-5 months and is bottled unfiltered.
Goustolidi pairs beautifully with white meats or grilled fish, served chilled at 10-12°C.

Le Vigneron Grec
|
This wine features a distinct orange character, resulting from the co-fermentation of Assyrtiko with Muscat pomace. After destemming, the Assyrtiko grape mass is transferred to a tank containing the Muscat pomace. Here, it ferments for 10 days before being transferred to 500-liter barrels, where it ages for 5-6 months. The aromas of Muscat blend beautifully with Assyrtiko, creating a unique taste profile with style and personality. It is best enjoyed at a temperature of 11-13°C, pairing excellently with dishes such as sweet and sour pork, Peking duck, or creamy cheeses.

Le Roi des Montagnes Assyrtiko
|
Our top Assyrtiko is produced from late harvest grapes (approximately mid-October) and undergoes fermentation with the pomace for 5-6 days, resulting in very low yields. It ages for 6-9 months in 500-liter barrels and is best enjoyed at a temperature of 11-13°C.
This wine boasts great aging potential and a rich body, offering a remarkable depth of flavor and a long-lasting finish.

Late Harvest
|
This mildly sweet, aromatic wine is made exclusively from overripe Muscat grapes grown at an altitude of 850 meters. It stands apart from typical sweet wines, resembling more the Alsatian Vendanges Tardives style. The high acidity balances its sweetness, making it versatile for pairing with fruits, desserts that are not overly sweet (e.g., cheesecake), and even spicy cheeses.
Best served at a temperature of 8-10°C, this wine develops a unique aromatic complexity over time, enhancing its character and depth.
